根据国家基金委文件通知（留金来管〔2024〕13号），现将2024年中国政府奖学金博士研究生奖学金延期申请工作通知如下：
According to the notice from CSC ( NO. 13 [2024] ), here is about the details of applying to extend scholarship for CSC Ph.D candidates.
一、申请对象 Qualified Applicants：
享受中国政府奖学金资助且奖学金期限至2024年7月15日结束的国际博士生
Ph.D candidates who have been granted with Chinese Government Scholarship, which is to end On July 15, 2024.
二、申请条件 Requirements：
1、学习态度认真 Serious study attitude；
2、成绩优秀，没有重修记录 excellent remarks and no courses failure records；
3、表现良好，无违纪违规行为 good behaviors, and no records of violating Chinese laws or SUS rules and regulations；
4、已完成论文开题和论文中期检查 have passed the dissertation proposal and mid-term check of the dissertation；
5、2024年中国政府奖学金评审结果“合格” have passed 2024 CSC Scholarship Annual Review
三、申请材料 Documents required：
1、《上海体育学院研究生延期毕业申请表》 Application Form of Extending Graduation for SUS Graduates
2、《中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表》（在线完成）Application Form of Extending Scholarship for CSC Students（Complete Online）
四、申请流程 Procedures：
1、学生登录国家留学基金委来华留学生信息管理系统，在线填写中国奖学金延期申请 Applicants fill in the scholarship extension application online at CSC website: https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/
2、导师在线审核 Applicants’s supervisor professors confirm the scholarship extension application online
3、学校审核 The University confirmation
4、提交CSC审核 International Students Office submits the forms to CSC
5、等待CSC批复结果 Wait for CSC’s confirmation
6、国际学生办公室通知申请人 International Students Office inform applicants the result
五、截止日期：2024年4月30日（北京时间）
Deadline of submitting documents: April 30, 2024（Beijing time）
六、佐证材料提交方式Way of submitting documents：
所有材料扫描成PDF文件发送至lxs@sus.edu.cn
Sending the PDF file to our email: lxs@sus.edu.cn
七、注意事项 Notes：
1、提交延期申请的同学必须同时提交开题报告、论文中期检查完成的相关证明或公开发表的论文等相关材料，所有材料扫描成PDF文件发送至lxs@sus.edu.cn。
Students who apply to extend scholarship should submit proof documents of finishing dissertation proposal and mid-term check of dissertation, or published papers if any by sending the PDF file to our email: lxs@sus.edu.cn (with your Chinese name and student No.)
2、奖学金是否能够延期最终以基金委批复结果为准，提交申请不代表就获得了奖学金延期资格。
The final result of your application is up to CSC. Your application submission doesn’t mean your scholarship will extend automatically.
3、奖学金延期申请政策只针对享受中国政府奖学金的博士生，享受中国奖学金的硕士生和普通进修生不能申请延期，上海市政府奖学金和上海体育学院国际学生校长奖学金的学生不能申请奖学金延期。
The policy of scholarship extension is only for Ph. D candidates who have been granted the CSC scholarship, masters or general visiting students with CSC scholarship are not included. Shanghai Government Scholarship or Shanghai University of Sport President Scholarship for International Students DO NOT provide scholarship extension service.
4、奖学金延期期限不能超过一年
The maximum duration of extension is within 1 year.
