上海体育学院2024年中国政府奖学金年度评审通知
各位奖学金生：
根据国家留学基金委《关于做好2024年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作的通知》（留金来管(2024)11号），按照《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》和《上海体育学院国际学生奖学金评审管理办法（试行）》（上体院院字[2018]44号）的要求，国际学生管理办公室将于本月开展2024年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作。
请各位奖学金生仔细阅读本通知的所有内容以及《上海体育学院国际学生奖学金年度评审细则（中国政府奖学金生适用）》，并于4月25日23:59（北京时间）之前登录CSC信息系统https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/完成自评。
一、评审对象：
① 2024年9月将继续享受奖学金待遇的奖学金生；
② 2023年奖学金被中止、但2024年6月不毕业的奖学金生；
③ 2024年7月毕业，拟申请奖学金延期的中国政府奖学金博士学生；
二、评审材料
① 上一学年(2023年2月-2024年1月）的成绩单（所有学生必须提供）；
② 硕/博士研究生须提供开题结果的证明材料（2023级研究生除外）；
③ 已发表期刊论文或会议论文情况（如有）；
④ 拟申请奖学金延期的中国政府奖学金博士生还需要提供通过“中期考核”的证明材料。
注：请在规定时间内在系统内上传所有附件
三、截止时间：4月25日23:59（北京时间），逾期视作放弃奖学金处理。
四、评审方式：
线上评审（CSC信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）
五、评审流程：
学生自评——导师打分——学校评价——基金委审核
六、时间节点
① 4月26日前：学生在线自评并提交相关材料；
② 4月30日前：导师/辅导员评价；
③ 5月15日前：学校评审；
④ 5月20日前：校内公示；
⑤ 5月30日前：向国家留学基金委上报校内评审结果；
⑥ 8月底：公布国家留学基金委的最终审核结果。
七、注意事项：
①无故不参加奖学金年度评审的学生，将取消下一年度的奖学金资格。
②逾期未按要求完成自评的奖学金生将视作自愿放弃奖学金资格。

Notice of CSC Scholarship Annual Review in 2024
April 3th, 2024
Dear CSC Scholarship Students:
The annual scholarship review in 2024 for international students is to start, according to relative rules and regulations from CSC and SUS, please read through this notice and the directions carefully, and finish online self-assessment before 23:59, April 25, 2024(Beijing Time) on the website: https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/.
Please be noted the following details:
1. Participants:
① All the CSC scholarship students who are supposed to continue the scholarship from September, 2024.
② The CSC students whose scholarship status was suspended last year but will continue to study at SUS from September, 2024.
③ The CSC Ph.D. candidates who are expected to graduate in June 2024 but plan to apply to delay their study duration and their scholarship.
2. Materials requested
① Transcript of the last school year (Feburary 2023 to January 2024).
② Master/Ph.D students have to submit documents to prove the finishing status of research proposal (students of Grade 2023 are excluded)
③ List of publications, e.g. article, conference abstract, etc.(if available)
④ Ph. D candidates who plan to apply to extend scholarship have to submit documents to prove the pass of mid-term evaluation.
NOTE: All the required materials shall be submitted by uploading to the CSC system when scholarship students do self-assessment online.
3. Deadline
Before 23:59 (Beijing time), April 25, 2024.
Note: Those who don’t finish self-assessment on time will be regarded as giving up the scholarship qualification voluntarily.

Note: search the website if you cannot open the above URL.
5. Process of Scholarship Annual Review
Students Self-assessment→Professors/Tutors Evaluation→University Review→CSC Confirmation
6. Timeline of Scholarship Annual Review
① Before April 26th : Students’ self-assessment and submission required materials online;
② Before April 30th : Professors/tutors evaluation;
③ Before May15th: University review;
④ Before May 25th: Public announcement of the university review result at SUS;
⑤ Before May 30th : to report the university review results to CSC;
⑥ Before August 31st : to inform the students who fail the Annual Review in written after the Office receives feedback from the superior departments.
7. Notes:
① Those who don’t participate in the annual scholarship review without any proper reason will be disqualified from scholarship from September 2024.
②Those who don’t finish self-assessment and submit the annual review documents required on time will be regarded as giving up the qualification of scholarship voluntarily.
