项目概况 | Overview
本项目立足“一带一路”倡议，以武术为文化纽带，构建“教学-训练-体验”三位一体的武术课程。项目以上海体育大学完备的武术教学训练和学科前沿成果为基础，打造高标准、高要求的国际武术教练员培训体系，进一步提升“一带一路”沿线国家武术教练员和学生的专业技术能力与理论知识水平，帮助学员掌握标准化武术教学规范，同时提升武术教学训练能力。项目延续以往文化体验活动，学习武术相关理论知识同时，了解中国传统文化，通过感受中华武术和中华文化的魅力。通过系统性培训与深度文化体验，推动中华武术国际化水平，助力全球武术爱好者成为文明互鉴的桥梁，共绘人类命运共同体的文化图景。
This project is based on the Belt and Road Initiative. Taking Wushu as a cultural link, it constructs a trinity Wushu curriculum integrating "teaching, training, and experience". Relying on the complete Wushu teaching and training system and the cutting-edge achievements in relevant disciplines of Shanghai University of Sport, the project aims to create a high-standard and high-demand international Wushu coach training system. It will further enhance the professional technical capabilities and theoretical knowledge levels of Wushu coaches and students from countries along the Belt and Road, helping trainees master standardized Wushu teaching norms and improve their Wushu teaching and training abilities at the same time.
The project continues the previous cultural experience activities. While learning the theoretical knowledge related to Wushu, participants can also gain an understanding of traditional Chinese culture and feel the charm of Chinese Wushu and Chinese culture. Through systematic training and in-depth cultural experiences, it promotes the internationalization of Chinese Wushu and helps global Wushu enthusiasts become a bridge for mutual learning among civilizations, jointly painting a cultural picture of the community with a shared future for mankind.

1Authoritative Upgrade: The original "Belt and Road High-Level Wushu Coach Training Program" has been comprehensively integrated with the summer school. Leveraging extensive international Wushu training expertise, it now serves as Shanghai University of Sport's flagship initiative, delivering high-standard, high-capacity integrated education that combines teaching, professional training, and immersive cultural experiences.
2.多元教学形式：线下依托上海体育大学优质的教学训练场馆设施，线上通过Classin/Zoom实现全球联动，采用中英双语授课。
2.Diversified teaching forms: offline courses relying on the high-quality teaching and training venue facilities of Shanghai University of Sport, and the online courses will be guided through Classin/Zoom to realize global linkage, using the method of bilingual teaching(Chinese and English).
3.文化铸魂：课程贯穿武术基础理论、历史发展与训练竞赛，融合武术名家和著名教练员的现场指导，深化学员对中华文化的立体认知。
3.Cultural Essence Cultivation: The courses run through the basic theory, historical development, training system and competition of Wushu, integrating the on-site guidance of prestigious martial artists and famous coaches, and deepening the students' understanding of Chinese culture.

线上线下双线并行，无缝衔接。
Dual-track approach integrating online and offline seamlessly
线下：基于上海体育大学场馆与设施，实践课设置基本功、基本技术练习等课程模块，并对学员的动作进行分析讨论。实地走访上海市武术俱乐部，了解上海市业余武术队训练环境。文化体验通过茶艺、书法以及传统工艺等项目感受中华文化之美。
Offline: Relying on the venues and facilities of Shanghai University of Sport, the practical courses are set with curriculum modules such as basics and basic skill drills, and the movements of the trainees will be analyzed and discussed. Trainees will visit on-site of Wushu clubs to understand the training environment of the amateur Wushu teams in Shanghai. In terms of cultural experience, trainees can feel the beauty of Chinese culture through activities such as tea ceremony, calligraphy, and traditional papercutting.
线上：实现全球同步参与，以Zoom平台进行在线直播授课，同时使用Classin将录播课程在平台回放，在平台上实时互动问答，支持课程回放与作业提交。此外，还具备虚拟实训，利用AI动作捕捉技术辅助学员纠正动作细节。
Online: Enabling global participation in real-time, live classes will be conducted via the Zoom platform, while recorded lectures will be available for playback on ClassIn. The platform also supports real-time interactive Q&A, course replays, and assignment submissions. Additionally, virtual training sessions will be offered, utilizing AI motion capture technology to assist participants in refining movement details.

每日设置志愿者收集问题，由国内优秀武术教授、专家，志愿者团队解答教学训练中的困惑。
Each day, volunteers will collect questions, which will be answered by outstanding domestic Wushu professors, experts, and the volunteer team to address any doubts related to training and instruction.
结营前颁发证书。
Certificates will be awarded before the completion of the program.

招生对象|Qualification of Trainee
1. 线上14岁—55岁，线下18—50岁，一带一路沿线国家人员，身体健康，非中国国籍；Online participants aged 14–55, offline participants aged 18–50, from Belt and Road countries, with good health conditioning, and non-Chinese nationality.
2. 能用中文或英文交流；Be able to communicate in Chinese or English.
3. 在世界性武术比赛、洲际武术比赛中获得过前6名的运动员；Athletes who have ranked in the top six in world-class or continental wushu competitions.
4. 从事武术相关训练、教学或科研工作；Engage in Wushu-related training, teaching, or scientific research.
5. 在武术领域有一定知名度或者影响力，有志于推动中国武术文化的传播；Be prestigious or influential in the field of Wushu and interested in promoting Chinese Wushu culture.
项目费用 | Tuition
本次为线下和线上课程，线上课程免学费。线下课程只为前20位提供全额奖学金，超出人员我校为其提供半奖，免学费，但需自付食宿费。全额奖学金的住宿和饮食只包括项目时间内，如有超过时间，需要自己承担住其费用。
This program offers both offline and online courses. The online courses are free of charge. For the offline courses, full scholarships will be granted to the first 20 participants. Those exceeding this number will receive a half scholarship, covering tuition fees but requiring them to cover their own accommodation and meal expenses. The full scholarship covers accommodation and meals only during the program period; any additional stay beyond this period will be at the participant's own expense.
鼓励学员自费或半自费来我校研修。线下所有学员的国际旅费需要自行承担。
Participants are encouraged to join our program at their own expense or with partial funding. All offline participants must cover their own international travel expenses.

录取通知 |Admission Notice
1． 提交申请后的一周内，申请人将收到录取结果，录取结果会发送至申请人提供的邮箱地址。如果一周内没收到通知，可写信查询wushushortterm@126.com.
2． 录取邮件内，学员将被邀请加入在线课堂班级，请学员提前准备一个当地的手机号用于注册账户
1. Within one week after submitting the application, the applicant will receive the admission results and you can check your email. If you fail to receive the notice within one week, you can send an email to wushushortterm@126.com.
2. In the email of admission, trainees will be invited to join the online class. The trainee shall prepare a local mobile phone number in advance for account registration
项目考核| Course Assessment
1. 包括三部分：提交习武视频和照片+撰写学习心得+按时出勤
2. 项目期间，出勤率须在90%以上，按时提交作业，方可结业
3. 顺利结业的学员，颁发项目电子结业证书
1. Assessment includes three parts: submitting videos and photos of your Wushu practice + writing learning experience + class attendance
2. An attendance rate of over 90% and submission of homework on time is required
3. Trainees who successfully complete this program will be awarded the electronic completion certificate
双方义务| Obligations of Both Parties
1.申请人须承诺所提交的申请信息和资料属实，确保自身健康状况可参与该项目。凡弄虚作假者，自行承担后果。
2.该项目执行期间，上体只承担授课义务，学员在项目期间的线下活动与上体无关。
3.参与该项目的学员，视为同意该项目的权责约定，且愿意在项目期间遵守相关中国法律和上海体育大学留学生相关管理规定。
1. The applicant must ensure that the application information and materials submitted are true and ensure that he/she is healthy and can participate in the Program. Anyone who practices fraud shall take the consequences by himself/herself.
2. During the Program, SUS will be only responsible for teaching, and will not be responsible for the offline activities of trainees.
3. Trainees involved in the Program are deemed to agree with this Clause, and agree to abide by relevant Chinese laws and relevant management regulations on international students of SUS during the Program.
