2026上海暑期学校（一带一路高级武术教练员培训班）是上海体育大学在国家“一带一路”倡议与“文化走出去”战略框架下，持续打造的国际武术教育品牌。项目秉承“以武为媒，文明互鉴”的宗旨，充分发挥我校在武术学科建设、竞技训练与科研创新领域的领军优势，构建“教学—训练—体验”三位一体的国际化、标准化、系统化高级武术教练员培训体系。本项目面向国外尤其是“一带一路”沿线国家，通过深度融合武术技艺精研、竞赛规则与裁判法研修、武术历史脉络与当代发展等理论课程，并结合对武术训练基地的实地参访，以及茶艺、书法等中国传统文化沉浸式体验，精准培养兼具卓越专业技能、深厚理论素养与跨文化传播能力的高水平武术教练员人才和武术爱好者。项目致力于推动武术在海外的开展与普及，通过培养知华、友华的国际武术使者，深化中外人文交流与民心相通，为构建人类命运共同体贡献坚实的体育文化力量。
The 2026 Shanghai Summer School (Advanced Wushu Coaches Training Program for the Belt and Road Initiative) is an international Wushu education brand continuously developed by Shanghai University of Sport under the framework of China’s national “Belt and Road Initiative” and “Culture Going Global” strategy. Upholding the principle of “promoting mutual civilizational exchange through Wushu,” the program fully leverages the university’s leading expertise in Wushu discipline development, competitive training, and scientific innovation to establish an internationalized, standardized, and systematic advanced Wushu coach training system integrating teaching, training, and experience. Targeting countries along the Belt and Road and overseas. The program is designed to cultivate high-level Wushu coaching talents with outstanding professional skills, profound theoretical knowledge, and cross-cultural communication capabilities. This is achieved through an in-depth curriculum combining advanced Wushu techniques, competition rules and judging methodologies, theoretical studies on Wushu’s historical evolution and contemporary development, as well as field visits to Wushu training bases and immersive experiences in traditional Chinese cultural practices such as tea ceremony and calligraphy classes. The initiative is committed to promoting the standardized and high-quality international dissemination of Chinese Wushu. The program is committed to promoting the development and popularization of Wushu overseas. By cultivating international Wushu ambassadors who know and are friendly to China, it deepens people-to-people exchanges and bonds between China and other countries, contributing solid sports and cultural strength to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

A Professional International Wushu Training Platform: As a key initiative continuously developed and upgraded based on profound disciplinary foundations in Wushu and long-standing experience in international education, this project deeply integrates teaching, training, and cultural immersion. Leveraging top-tier faculty, cooperation networks with the International Wushu Federation (IWUF), and cutting-edge advancements in Wushu studies, it is dedicated to providing participants from around the world with an exemplary high-standard training system. The platform systematically cultivates international Wushu professionals who possess not only technical expertise and pedagogical competence but also the ability to promote Wushu culture.

线上线下融合的智慧教学体系：构建“线下沉浸式集训+线上全球化同步”的中英双语授课的双轨教学模式。线下依托上海体育大学一流场馆与武术领域资深专家开展武术技术实训与面对面交流；线上通过Classin/Zoom实现直播授课、录播回放、多时区互动，确保教学资源可及、过程可溯、效果可持续。
A Blended Online and Offline Smart Teaching System: The program employs a dual-track instructional model featuring "immersive offline training + synchronized global online learning," delivered in both Chinese and English. Offline sessions utilize the first-class facilities of Shanghai University of Sport and are led by senior Wushu experts for hands-on technical training and face-to-face exchange. Online components, conducted via platforms such as Classin/Zoom, include live streaming, recorded playback, and multi-timezone interaction, ensuring accessible resources, traceable learning processes, and sustainable outcomes.

全面立体化课程体系：课程不仅涵盖竞技武术与传统拳种的技艺精进、武术竞赛规则与裁判法研修，更融入武术历史文脉、传播策略等理论深度，并结合中国武术博物馆参访、武术训练基地实训观摩，以及茶艺、书法、城市文化考察等沉浸式体验，实现从“掌握技术”到“理解文化、践行传播”的能力跃升。
A Comprehensive and Multi-Dimensional Curriculum: The course offerings extend beyond skill refinement in competitive Wushu and traditional styles, as well as studies in competition rules and judging protocols. It further incorporates theoretical depth through modules on Wushu history, cultural context, and dissemination strategies. Enriched by immersive experiences—such as visits to the Chinese Wushu Museum, observations at professional training bases, and cultural activities including tea ceremony, calligraphy, and urban cultural tours—the curriculum facilitates a transformative progression from "mastering techniques" to "understanding culture and practicing dissemination."

Long-term Development and Resource Networking：The project extends beyond short-term training by focusing on participants’ long-term growth and resource connectivity. Through continued online resource support, sharing of international Wushu event information, and maintenance of a graduate communication network after program completion, it empowers coaches from various countries to sustain high-quality Wushu instruction and promotion in their home regions.

线上线下双线并行，无缝衔接。
Dual-track approach integrating online and offline seamlessly
线下：基于上海体育大学场馆与设施，实践课设置武术基本功、基本技术练习等基础模块，武术各拳种（长拳、南拳、太极拳等）以及器械（刀术、棍术、剑术等）深入练习实践课程模块，并对学员的动作进行分析讨论。实地走访上海市武术队训练基地，了解上海市业余武术队训练环境。文化体验通过茶艺、书法以及传统工艺等项目感受中华文化之美。
Offline: Utilizing the facilities of Shanghai University of Sport, the program offers practical training in foundational wushu skills, in-depth practice of various styles (Changquan, Nanquan, Taijiquan) and weapons (broadsword, cudgel, sword), along with movement analysis and feedback. Trainees will also visit the Shanghai Wushu Team training base and participate in cultural activities such as tea art, calligraphy, and traditional crafts.
线上：实现全球同步参与，以Zoom平台进行在线直播授课，同时使用Classin将录播课程在平台回放，在平台上实时互动问答，支持课程回放与作业提交。此外，还具备虚拟实训，利用AI动作捕捉技术辅助学员纠正动作细节。
Online: Enabling global participation in real-time, live classes will be conducted via the Zoom platform, while recorded lectures will be available for playback on Classin. The platform also supports real-time interactive Q&A, course replays, and assignment submissions. Additionally, virtual training sessions will be offered, utilizing AI motion capture technology to assist participants in refining movement details.

每日设置志愿者收集问题，由国内优秀武术教授、专家，志愿者团队解答教学训练中的困惑。
Each day, volunteers will collect questions, which will be answered by outstanding domestic Wushu professors, experts, and the volunteer team to address any doubts related to training and instruction.
结营前颁发证书。
Certificates will be awarded before the completion of the program.

招生对象|Qualification of Trainee
1. 线上14岁—55岁，线下18—50岁，一带一路沿线国家人员和海外学员，身体健康，非中国国籍；Online participants aged 14–55, offline participants aged 18–50, from Belt and Road countries and oversea participants, with good health conditioning, and non-Chinese nationality.
2. 能用中文或英文交流；Be able to communicate in Chinese or English.
3. 在世界性武术比赛、洲际武术比赛中获得过前6名的运动员；Athletes who have ranked in the top six in world-class or continental wushu competitions.
4. 从事武术相关训练、教学或科研工作；Engage in Wushu-related training, teaching, or scientific research.
5. 在武术领域有一定知名度或者影响力，有志于推动中国武术文化的传播；Be prestigious or influential in the field of Wushu and interested in promoting Chinese Wushu culture.
项目费用 | Tuition
本次为线下和线上课程，线上课程免学费。线下课程只为前18位提供全额奖学金，超出人员我校为其提供半奖，免学费，但需自付食宿费。全额奖学金的住宿和饮食只包括项目时间内，如有超过时间，需要自己承担住其费用。
This program offers both offline and online courses. The online courses are free of charge. For the offline courses, full scholarships will be granted to the first 18 participants. Those exceeding this number will receive a half scholarship, covering tuition fees but requiring them to cover their own accommodation and meal expenses. The full scholarship covers accommodation and meals only during the program period; any additional stay beyond this period will be at the participant's own expense.
鼓励学员自费或半自费来我校研修。线下所有学员的国际旅费、人身意外保险费需要自行承担。
Participants are encouraged to join our program at their own expense or with partial funding. All offline participants must cover their own international travel expenses and personal accident insurance.

录取通知 |Admission Notice
1． 提交申请后的一周内，申请人将收到录取结果，录取结果会发送至申请人提供的邮箱地址。如果一周内没收到通知，可写信查询wushushortterm@126.com.
2． 录取邮件内，学员将被邀请加入在线课堂班级，请学员提前准备一个当地的手机号用于注册账户
1. Within one week after submitting the application, the applicant will receive the admission results and you can check your email. If you fail to receive the notice within one week, you can send an email to wushushortterm@126.com.
2. In the email of admission, trainees will be invited to join the online class. The trainee shall prepare a local mobile phone number in advance for account registration
项目考核| Course Assessment
1. 包括三部分：提交习武视频和照片+撰写学习心得+按时出勤
2. 项目期间，出勤率须在95%以上，按时提交作业，方可结业
3. 顺利结业的学员，颁发项目电子结业证书
1. Assessment includes three parts: submitting videos and photos of your Wushu practice + writing learning experience + class attendance
2. An attendance rate of over 95% and submission of homework on time is required
3. Trainees who successfully complete this program will be awarded the electronic completion certificate
双方义务| Obligations of Both Parties
1.申请人须承诺所提交的申请信息和资料属实，确保自身健康状况可参与该项目。凡弄虚作假者，自行承担后果。
2.该项目执行期间，上体只承担授课义务，学员在项目期间的线下活动与上体无关。
3.参与该项目的学员，视为同意该项目的权责约定，且愿意在项目期间遵守相关中国法律和上海体育大学留学生相关管理规定。
1. The applicant must ensure that the application information and materials submitted are true and ensure that he/she is healthy and can participate in the Program. Anyone who practices fraud shall take the consequences by himself/herself.
2. During the Program, SUS will be only responsible for teaching, and will not be responsible for the offline activities of trainees.
3. Trainees involved in the Program are deemed to agree with this Clause, and agree to abide by relevant Chinese laws and relevant management regulations on international students of SUS during the Program.
